Any government employee is authorized to request a government price quote. However, only authorized purchase agents are allowed to contract for the government. If you are an authorized SmartCard holder, then we can provide government pricing for your credit card purchase. Not all local agencies participate in the "SmartCard" program, therefore CESSCO will also honor verifiable Visa & Mastercards issued to Federal, State, and Local government agencies.

CESSCO also honors government purchase orders from authorized government purchase agents. All purchase orders are required to be delivered to verified government receiving offices.
