Large Freight Shipping Policy:

• Drivers are not responsible for unloading "over-sized" loads.  
• Over-Sized loads are defined as over 50 lbs. All MQ Power Generators are considered Over-Sized loads.
• Delivery trucks are contracted based on the delivery destination having appropriate equipment to unload these large generators, should a truck arrive at your destination and handling equipment is not available, extra charges to reschedule the delivery will apply. By identifying these needs at the time of purchase you will maximize the chances to receive your material without incurring additional charges.
• Some remote areas within the Continental US may not be eligible for free freight. Should this apply to your purchase, CESSCO Inc will give you the opportunity to agree or reverse the sale.
• All shipments require a "Signature" upon receipt.
