Cancellation Policies
CESSCO INC. will process every order as quickly
as possible, usually within one business day.
You can request a cancellation by e-mail here:
  1. Please include your Order Number - for
    example:yhst-37020192272738-xxxx
  2. The name on the order
  3. Specifically state that you are cancelling the
    order.
You can also request a cancellation by calling:

CESSCO INC. will cancel the order if it has NOT
already been shipped.  100% will be refunded.
  1. If the item has already been shipped - YOU will
    be responsible to "REFUSE DELIVERY" from
    UPS - This will have the item returned to us,
    and you will receive a refund (less freight)
    when UPS return the item.
  2. If you accept the item, the sale is completed
    and you will then need to Return the item.
CESSCO INC. ships via UPS under most circumstances.  UPS
schedules freight pickup from CESSCO INC. at 3:30pm Pacific
Time.  Most cancellations requested after this time will not  
prevent shipment.  Customer must then "Refuse Delivery"
