	CESSCO INC. Shipping Policies


	Only products advertising "FREE Ground Freight" include FREE ground shipping in the advertised price. FREE Ground Freight is defined as "within the Continental U.S. - Lower 48." CESSCO INC. reserves the right to charge freight to select Continental U.S. locations.

All reference to FREE Freight or FREE ground Shipping only applies
to shipments within the Continental U.S. No exceptions.


	ALL merchandise is shipped "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" - and must be signed for upon delivery.

	Drivers are not responsible for unloading "over-sized" freight. Over-Sized loads are defined as over 50 lbs. Please ask if you are not sure if your item will require special handling equipment. Delivery trucks are contracted based on the delivery destination having appropriate equipment to unload the purchased item. Should a truck arrive at your destination and required handling equipment is not available, extra charges to reschedule the delivery will apply. By identifying these needs at the time of purchase you will receive your material faster and with minimum additional charges.

	Some remote areas within the Continental U.S. may not be eligible for FREE freight, should this apply to your purchase, CESSCO INC. will give you the opportunity to agree or cancel your purchase.

	CESSCO INC. reserves the right to ship from our location in Portland Oregon, or from any Authorized Factory warehouse. Only CESSCO INC. will decide where shipment originates.

	Most internet freight originates from our Portland OR location: Freight is scheduled to be picked up by UPS at 3:30pm Mon-Friday Pacific Time. Orders placed after 3:30pm will usually be shipped the next business day. Freight may be shipped from a manufacturer's warehouse.
